July 12, 2019 – Frankie Velez of Boeing Intelligence & Analytics has been appointed as the Fort Meade Alliance (FMA) Foundation’s newest board member, effective immediately.
Mr. Velez currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for one of Boeing’s subsidiaries known as Boeing Intelligence & Analytics. He has devoted almost his entire career to being part of or providing support to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
Mr. Velez spent the first 15 years of his professional career serving in the United Stated Navy, where he was a Cryptologist, Sr. Intelligence Analyst and ran operations for several missions throughout the country and the world.
