June 18, 2020 – Despite the extreme, unexpected challenges of a worldwide health pandemic, the FMA’s mission to support the work and people of Fort Meade and help the region drive economic growth in Maryland has continued uninterrupted. We truly appreciate the strong member support that provides us with the resources necessary to help our region thrive, even in a time of crisis.
While focusing our efforts on enabling the Fort Meade community to weather this storm, the FMA’s committees continued to move forward with the impactful programs and initiatives started prior to COVID-19 and reshaped them to address real-time gaps while taking them virtual. These important efforts are highlighted throughout this report.
